Turkey sandwich and chicken salad purchased on 9/2/25. After eating half of the salad and sandwich, 4hrs later I had severe vomiting and diarrhea which lasted for several hours.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain
