Undercooked Steak Causes Illness

At this place, I ordered Flat Iron Steak, mashed potatoes and spinach. Our food took forever to get served, so when it arrived under cooked, I didn’t send it back. Later that night, I awoke with diarrhea. 24 hours, it explosive. Not sure the correlation, but I never have this problem.
