Burger & Onion Rings Illness

Cheeseburger plain and an order of onion rings for lunch on 4/12. Low grade fever, diarrhea, nausea, severe headache and body aches starting after midnight, continuing into this evening (13th). Tested negative for flu and COVID to rule that out.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Fever, Headache, Body Ache
