Pesto Pizza Causes Illness

Usually get cheese or hawaiian pizza, but decided to change it up. Pesto went right through me, and it was the only thing I ate all day. Not sure if it wasn't fresh or just bad ingredients, but I was throwing up all night. Avoid the pesto!  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Vomiting
