Pepperoni Pizza Illness Alert

My son ate his usual pepperoni pizza by the morning he had a fever with vomiting and is unable to keep anything down.

08/02 update: He still has a fever and we're hoping he's able to drink fluids today or else we're heading to the ER.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Vomiting, Fever
