Pizza Causes Night Diarrhea

Two weeks in a row, 2 separate incidents. I got diarrhea all through the night after picking up a pepperoni pizza from little ceasars. My boyfriend was fine but I have never had a reaction like this to any fast food.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea
