Severe Illness After Pizza

Cramping vomiting diarrhea and I passed out, 2, my ex-husband got his own pizza about 30 to 40 minutes before I went to pick up a pizza. I only had two slices so I'm not as bad as him he ended up eating his whole pizza and is pretty severe condition right now
