Last night/this morning , Not sure but I think it was the wings and pizza from there because that’s all I ate yesterday I’m sick right now and I ate the food about 10 hours ago before I went to bed

Pizza Triggers Severe Illness

My husband ate a pizza yesterday afternoon (the only food he had all day yesterday) and about an hour after eating it began feeling sick(nauseated). Spent the rest of the day and through the night vomiting, severe stomach pains and with diarrhea.
