Food Safety Reports: Machu Picchu, Peru

Onset of symptoms began 12/27 around 3pm, Hamburger from the Machu Picchu Snack Bar  My pregnant wife and four year old (very fortunately) ordered something else and we’re fine. I suspect it was either the ground beef in the burger or rinsed lettuce with tap water.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Cramps, Joint Pain
