My son had the General Tso’s chicken and fried rice and right after starting vomiting, stomach pain and diarrhea all night. This was the only food he ate. The restaurant was not helpful and seemed confused why I called to report.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain
