I ordered the Campechanos Borrito and fries from Mamacitas Mexican on 102618 shortly after I finished my food I began to have sever chills and a headache. An hour later I felt noxious and experienced Diarrhea. I started to have a fever and began to vomit.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting, Headache, Chills
