Frozen Pot Pie Illness

Had a Marie Callender’s pot pie for lunch, within four hours I am sick as a dog. Frozen item purchased at Kroger in Mechanicsville, VA, USA. Major GI disturbance. I work in the Operating Room and threw up right in the middle of a case! Thanks Marie! purchase date 6/20
