Food Safety Reports: May Dragon Chinese Restaurant 五福樓, 4848 Belt Line Road, Addison, TX, USA

Ordered take out from May Dragon. Chicken lomein, spare ribs. Lomein didn’t taste right. Very nauseated within 15 minutes. Severe diarrhea 2 hours later. I became very sick last time I ate a noodle dish there couple of months ago. Tried to give them a second chance. Bad decision.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea
