I ate at mcalisters deli grilled chicken cesear wrap, I started with watery liquid poop about 2 hours after eating had horrible swelling and stomach pain and nausea all night then threw up so violently that I busted all blood vessels in both eyes  | Symptoms: Vomiting, Diarrhea, Nausea, Stomach Pain, Swelling
