Fries Triggered Cramps, Nausea

After eating some fries around 4pm yesterday I experienced abdominal cramps around 9pm. For the rest of the night I had cramping and nausea. I have emetophobia so I wouldn't let myself throw up. Today I have had a ton of bowel movements and a loss of appetite. I just don't feel right physically.

Undigested Fries Vomiting

Threw up the fries. I saw a whole fry come out of my stomach. It did not digest. I only ate it because it was something quick. I learned
