Spicy Nugget Illness Alert

Ate at about 11am spicy nuggets fries and a smoothie. 5-6 hrs later when I’m at Walmart I start feeling nauseous, when I get home I instantly threw up. Could barely sleep through the night, threw up a total of 4 times had to use the bathroom about 5 times the whole night. I still feel so sick  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Other
