On 9/20/18, ordered breakfast burrito, orange juice and fruit parfait. After 30 minutes or so, I started having diarrhea, nausea, vomiting, and fever. I will go to the doctor today because symptoms has not gotten better.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting
