Big Mac fri and coke
Ordered 6 big macs fries and cokes. Took them home and gave one to everyone in house for dinner around 6pm . By midnight all 6 had sever stomachache with cramps and explosive Diarea .  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Cramps, Stomach Pain
