3 of us had sausage mcmuffins on June 27, 2025 9am, All of us had the stomach flu 10-16 hours later. We shared a meal with 3 others for lunch and dinner during the rest of the day and the other 3 did not have any issues.

Big Mac Illness: Diarrhea Fever

My husband ordered a Big Mac, salad and strawberry milkshake on November 27th. That night (and for nearly 15 hours) he had severe diarrhea. He also developed a high fever. Only, now, on December 4, he feels that he has recovered.
