My youngest daughter had McDonald's DoorDash to her from a friend. She had the 10-piece chicken nugget medium fry as well as a medium Coke. It has not been 24 hours she has been throwing up she has diarrhea and severe stomach pain with headaches.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Fever, Chills, Headache
