I ordered a soda and sausage McMuffin and after eating it not more than 1 hour passed and I was in the bathroom for over an hour with yellow watery diarrhea!

Only I got sick. Ate a plain hamburger, order of fries. Symptoms began in 5 hours with nausea. Vomiting began 2 hours after nausea.
