My child ate a McDonald's happy meal with peeled chicken nuggets and fries, plus a few spoonfuls of an M'n'm McFlurry and a sprite. They threw up twice that evening, felt nauseous, and got the chills. Nothing else was consumed after the meal except a little water.

Iced Coffee, McGriddle Illness

I got a large iced vanilla coffee and a McGriddle. Shortly after I started to feel lightheaded and nauseous. Later that night I was violently vomiting and having diarrhea. This lasted 12 or more hours. It has been three days and I’m still recovering.
