I had a chocolate milkshake and a double filet-o-fish. 30 mins after, tight stomach cramps and very watery loose stool 45 min after consuming food. Still experiencing slight nausea and fever  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Fever, Cramps, Stomach Pain
