I eat the same food every day, and usually on Saturdays I splurge a little and eat something good. I’ll have burgers, sushi, pancakes, whatever I’m craving. This is what I chose, I ordered a big Mac and within 24 hours I had diarrhea, and violent vomiting.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting
