Yesterday I ate a McChicken and shortly after felt extremely nauseous and threw up in my mouth two times. My head still hurts the next morning and occasionally the room feels like it’s spinning.

Ate a chicken sandwich from there at 1:30, stomach ache 30 mins after (approx. 2:15) and 30 mins after that green diarrhea. Noticed the texture of the chicken was unusual throughout there was fibrous little build ups and after noticing a strange taste I stopped eating it…
