I went to this location on March 8th around 2pm. I ordered a vanilla shake, 20 piece nuggets and a mcdouble. Later after eating my stomach started to hurt then I was throwing up and going to the bathroom every 45 min.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain
