Food Safety Reports: McDonald's, 9600 Islington Avenue, Vaughan, ON, Canada

Ate a cheeseburger and fries at around 8:45 today Aug 7. Within half hour I feel very sick. Have diarrhea, been throwing up for past half hour. I did not eat anything else in the past few hours.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Cramps
