I was in the drive thru and I ordered a mcchicken sandwich. My carer (I'm from a children's home) ordered a happy meal with chicken mcnuggets. Later on, I felt very nauseous and threw up around 2am. The next day I've had a very bad stomach.

The garlic wrap of the day meal. Threw up twice at night, then 2 during the day.
Struggled to eat and drink. Was only able to eat small things 24 hours after. Masivly dehydrated and malnourished. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Dehydration
