I ate lunch at home on Thursday and in the evening I started having severe nausea and watery diarrhea and vomiting there and on Sundays I still have nausea and diarrhea and I even have more appetite as soon as I eat.

I brought my two children home to eat at,
Two happy meal menus: one coca fries without sugar and the other ice tea fries with Hamburg fish and I myself had a fish menu with cola fries.

Directly after finishing my meal, I had severe stomach pains
subsequently diarrhea and nausea
which led to vomiting several hours later.
I've had a stomachache ever since.
