I ate lunch at home on Thursday and in the evening I started having severe nausea and watery diarrhea and vomiting there and on Sundays I still have nausea and diarrhea and I even have more appetite as soon as I eat.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting

Good morning,
I brought my two children home to eat at,
Two happy meal menus: one coca fries without sugar and the other ice tea fries with Hamburg fish and I myself had a fish menu with cola fries.

Once we get home at night we all start vomiting and having diarrhea...  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Vomiting
