Suspected food poisoning. Symptoms: Diarrhoea, vomiting, stomach pain, chills
Suspected source: French fries
Onset: 4 to 12 hours
Duration: 4 to 12 hours
Sick: I
Additional information: French fries were barely warm anymore when received, one didn't taste good anymore, so I had to spit it out
