We ate at McDonald's last night and not even 30/45 minutes after my son told me that he had a stomachache and 2 hours later he had a huge vomit for a long time followed by a severe stomachache and that's still the case

Having eaten at McDonald's in La Reole this Friday 21/07/2023 around 2 pm.
I ate a goat cheese wrap, fries and 2 chicken nuggets. 2 hours later I am nauseous, and my stomach hurts. I threw up and diarrhea. My husband had diarrhea on the way home. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting
