Vinegary Sauce, Cold Burger

Ate at 6pm, Big Mac sauce tasted super vinegary and burger was cold. Stomach was painfully bloated. stomach cramps started 9pm and Diarrhoea soon after. 11pm chills, hot flushes and nausea started. Almost vomited but had more diarrhoea.
