Frappes, Fries Trigger Illness - McDonald's, England

It happened last night ( 16.2.24) I go there a fair bit when I’m out with friends and that and this has never happened before but it was the last thing I ate before I started to feel super nauseous a couple of hours later. I couldn’t sleep because my stomach was in so much pain and I wasn’t sure what I needed. Eventually (right now at 5am) I had enough and went to the toilet thinking I was constipated but I immediately threw up the second I was next to the toilet. And pretty much all I ate came up (I had two caramel frappes and some fries) | Symptoms: Vomiting, Nausea, Stomach Pain, Constipation
