I ate 4 cheeseburgers with fries on 1.7.24 and 1-2 hours later I had stomach cramps diarrhea and in the evening a sore throat started that persists to this day

We were on McDonald Metzer Strasse with the children on 6/3/23 at 19:00.
My daughter, 5 years old, wanted to eat an MC Sunday ice cream afterwards.
She did this thanks even after the ice cream 3 hours later it started vomiting bad she doesn't keep anything…
