Bought a begel with egg and bacon this morning after few hours started to feel ill ,started vominiting have got fever and diarrhea.and my girlfriend has the same symptoms she had cheesy bacon flatbread.mine and hers day was ruined,no more McDonalds for us for sure.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Vomiting
