My friend and I got sick both 10 hours after eating Macdonald for Mr. and Mrs. 12 hours after for my part simple stomachache, bloating, but my friend suddenly felt very bad, in 10 minutes no symptoms before then tremors, diarrhea, vomiting.

Eating a Big Mac. For dinner at McDonald's, my wife and I ate a Best of Big Mac. In the evening my wife had a stomachache and so did I. However, during the night she vomited violently and could not sleep.
