Hot water temperatures ranged from 69f-74f at all of the food prep area and toilet room hand washing sinks, and hot water was at 70f at the 3 compartment sink. Instructed to always maintain all hand washing sinks at 100f at all times and the 3 compartment sink at 110f at all times. Priority violation. Citation issued 7-38-030(c).
