Consumed only mcdonalds throughout the day, double mcspicy with cheese and a side of fries and milo. Got severe high fever the night itself with throbbing headaches and vomitted. Severe stomach pain the following morning.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Fever, Chills, Headache
