My daughter ordered 6 piece chicken nugget and fries from the food court McDonalds on December 26 at 8pm CT.

She woke up with vomiting and diarrhea with no fever since 6:30am pacific on Dec 27.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Fever
