Me and my husband got some lunch at around 11:30am this morning from McDonald’s in the Shepherd’s Bush Westfield branch in London. Both a cheeseburger and fries. In the afternoon we both started getting sick with vomitting and diarrhoea as well as chills and now in the evening not getting any better  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Chills
