Fish Sandwich Illness Lingers

I ordered 2 fish sandwiches on Friday, May 3rd at McDonald’s in Walmart. Within 2 hours I was doubled over with severe cramping, vomiting and dizziness. 7 days later I am still recovering from this awful food!,  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Cramps, Dizziness
