I ate a single McGriddle from here and now I’m in the most pain ever and I’ve been vomiting and having terrible diarrhea. I feel like I could fall over if I truly try to stand up.

Diet Coke Causes Illness

I felt fine all day. I only purchased a Diet Coke on the way home, late in the day, at approximately 4:00 p.m. Later in the evening, I had nausea, vomiting, and stomach and back cramps throughout the night. I slowly felt better late the next day.
