My friend and I split a 20 piece McNuggets. I’ve been throwing up for days, feverish, weak and my body hurts. My friend has the same symptoms so that’s why we believe it was the nuggets.

Kids Sick After Happy Meals

Purchased 2 Happy Meals on 101718 (evening) and the only meal both children shared. Both kids are now sick and throwing up constantly bad stomach pain and fever.
