Burger Meal Causes Discomfort

I grab a double cheeseburger, small fry & a medium milkshake from here. About 20min later my stomach was getting bloated, having gas & burping, also diarrhea. This is the last time I'm eating McDonald's!!!!!  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Gas, Burping, Bloating
