Toddler Sick After McNuggets

3y old ate 4 chicken nuggets, half a shake,, and fries. 2 hours later started vomiting 12x in 4 hours and still going on. Complaining about stomach cramps and diarrhea. Ate nothing else that day out of the ordinary and not sick from viruses  | Symptoms: Nausea, Vomiting, Other, Diarrhea, Cramps
