I ate a quarter pounder with cheese on 8-9-23 around 4 or 5pm and ever since then I've been having horrible gut wrenching pain accompanied by diarrhea and occasional vomiting.

10 PCS chicken nuggets, I ate the chicken nuggets at 9pm, I felt a little nauseous at about 2am but didn't think anything of it. I woke up at 10:30 with cramps, diarrhea and vomiting.
