I had a southwest salad, and felt bad within 30 mins. I layed down and had chills, and sweats. I ended up waking up a few hours later, after having a fever and chills and threw up.

I ordered two Mc chicken through UberEats for lunch. A few minutes after eating both burgers I had to use the restroom. As of this moment, the morning after, I am still making frequent trips to the restroom. I have a fever and feelings of nausea.
