I ate at McDonald’s two days ago and yesterday began having diarrhea and stomach aches, they have become even more severe today. Ate a chicken club sandwich.

Yesterday night I gave my dog a cheeseburger from McDonald’s
The next day (today) she was sick with a minor fever, lethargic, vomiting, and had no appetite for the whole day
