I ate a Artisan Grilled Chicken Sandwich with French fries. Later that night I ended up throwing it all up.

Nugget Nausea & Vomiting

I had McDonald’s for dinner. I got chicken nuggets and a medium fry. I ate it and nothing else for the rest of the night. Fast forward to 5 am and I have nausea. 30 minutes or less go by and I throw up chunks of nugget.
